The Floorplan Services Ltd

HOW TO GET STARTED

All we need an e-mail address to send the floorpalns to. Basic training to teach you how to sketch can be done by sending examples or by a two hour visit to our office. All you need to do is buy some graph paper. We recommend the feint lined A4 pad from W.H. Smith.

To allow you to practice incorporating floorplans into your details we can send you some samples and some sample detail formats if you think they would be useful.

If you have graph paper and a fax machine you can do your first floorplan today! Give us a call on 01869 353088 and we’ll guide you through the process. Like most things in agency it isn’t rocket science. Remember we are here to help and want your business as much as you want your next take-on.

We are actively increasing our customer base so we can open an account for you today. If you need large volumes then we may need to take a deposit from you or take formal account references. If you only want one or two floorplans per day then we can take a view and just open an account immediately. Some agents only do floorplans for instructions other do a floorplan for everything they value as well. This gives you another legitimate reason to follow up the valuation if you didn’t get it on the market on the first follow-up call.

Take a note of the fax number 07005 931083. (It is a bit of a strange number because it converts your fax into an e-mail that makes it easier to manage at our end.) Remember to put your negotiators name, your company, office and telephone number on the plan. Please do not bother with a fax header sheet unless you need to make some guidance notes for us.

Call us now on 01869 353088 or Fax your contact details to 07005 931083 and we’ll call you back, just write ‘NEW ENQUIREY’ across the top. Because we monitor our incoming faxes for orders we are very reactive to fax enquiries. It also gives us the opportunity to choose a clear time window to discuss things with you or you can add a note of when you are in the office rather than on appointments.
